I have read and agree to abide by the rules of Miss Xcalibur Club 2010 Pageant and IF I am crowned as winner to uphold my Title in a professional manner in representing the Xcalibur Club.

I further agree and understand that if for any reason I am unable to complete my entire year as Miss Xcalibur Club 2010, I will relinquish my Title, Crown, Plaque and Pro-Rated Monies back to The Promoter.

I further agree I will be required to be a Special Guest Performer and escort for the contestants of Mr. Xcalibur Club King 2010 Pageant to be held April 17, 2010 (Formal Wear Presentation Round only).

I further agree I will be required to be Host the Miss Xcalibur Club 2011 competition to be held at a future date.

I further agree that my obligations include monthly contact with the Promoter and Scheduled Club Appearances/Performances at a minimum of every other month for a total of 6 Club Sponsored Events (may be more as per agreements) during the course of my Title. Appearances will be funded at a price to be determined by the Promoter.

I further agree that the Prize Package will include the Crown, Plaque, Sash, Flowers and Cash Prize based on the number of entries.
